Online monitoring device for transformer winding temperature

The online monitoring device for winding temperature can directly monitor the hot spot, iron core, and top oil temperature of the winding. By using a fluorescent fiber optic temperature measurement probe, the temperature of the transformer winding, iron core, and top oil can be sensed, and the operation of the transformer can be intuitively monitored and evaluated. Overheating problems can be detected in advance, avoiding transformer ultra-high temperature operation, avoiding the occurrence of malignant accidents, and extending the service life of the transformer.

The online monitoring device for winding temperature consists of a fluorescent fiber optic temperature measurement unit, an external conductive optical cable, and a temperature monitoring device. Each transformer has no less than 9 temperature measurement points, including 6 windings (1 measurement point per phase on the high and low voltage sides), 2 iron cores, and 1 oil temperature. It can monitor the transformer winding temperature, iron core temperature, top oil temperature, and change trends in real-time online, achieve pre management and risk prediction, and has a high temperature alarm function. Provide corresponding supporting software and upload monitoring unit data to the backend monitoring system through RS485.

The main technical parameters of the online monitoring device for winding temperature are as follows:

(1) The temperature measurement range is from -40 ℃ to+260 ℃;

(2) The temperature measurement accuracy shall not exceed ± 1 ℃ or 1% of the full scale;

(3) Resolution of 0.1 ℃;

(4) Equipped with 4-20mA analog output, optional 2-6 relay outputs, RS-485 and USB communication interfaces for communication with other monitoring systems;

(5) The temperature monitoring device has a local display module and over 1GB of memory;

(6) The protective box of the host is made of stainless steel wire drawing plate with a thickness of no less than 2mm. The protective box of the host has measures to prevent water ingress and rain, and the protection system level is IP56;

(7) The product design life is consistent with that of the transformer.
